Serves the coffee-country hill routes: Chikkamagaluru, Kadur, Birur, Tarikere, Mudigere, Sringeri and the Charmadi and Baba Budangiri ghat roads.

Covers the mofussil and rural network fanning out of Mysuru towards Hunsur, K R Nagara, H D Kote, Periyapatna and the Kodagu border.

Southern division for Chamarajanagar, Kollegala, Gundlupete, Hanur, M M Hills, Yelandur and Nanjangud, with services to Ooty and Tamil Nadu.

Malnad division covering Shivamogga, Bhadravathi, Sagara, Shikaripura, Honnali and routes to Jog Falls and the coast.

Runs services from Tumakuru, Tiptur, Sira, Kunigal, Madhugiri and Koratagere along NH-48 and NH-150A.

Central Karnataka division for Davanagere, Harihara, Jagalur and Honnali on the Bengaluru–Pune highway.

Eastern Karnataka division serving Kolar, KGF, Mulbagal, Malur, Srinivasapura and Bangarapete, with frequent Bengaluru and Andhra border services.

Fort-town division with Chitradurga, Challakere, Hiriyur, Hosadurga and Holalkere on the Bengaluru–Hubballi highway.

Covers Chikkaballapur district: Chintamani, Gauribidanur, Bagepalli, Sidlaghatta, Gudibande and Doddaballapur.

Coastal-ghat division for Puttur, B C Road, Uppinangady, Kushalnagar and Hebbale, including Dharmasthala and Kukke Subrahmanya pilgrim services.

Handles inter-taluk routes around Mysuru district, including Periyapatna, Bilikere and Hosuru.

Coastal division operating from Mangaluru and Udupi to Bengaluru, Mysuru, Kerala and the Konkan coast.

Serves Ramanagara district towns such as Sathanur, Kanakapura and Channapatna on the Bengaluru–Mysuru road.

KSRTC's Bengaluru Central division runs the city's long-distance terminals, including Kempegowda Bus Station (Majestic), Mysuru Road Satellite Bus Stand and Shantinagar.

Central Karnataka's hub division on the Bengaluru–Mangaluru NH-75 corridor, with Hassan, Arsikere, Alur, Belur and Sakleshpur.

Operates Mysuru city and near-city services such as Saligrama and the city bus stand feeders.
