About Sarvam
Sarvam is building the bedrock of Sovereign AI for India. The company is developing India’s full-stack sovereign AI platform, building across research, models, infrastructure and applications with a singular focus on making AI genuinely work for India. Sarvam works with leading enterprises and public institutions and is backed by Lightspeed, Peak XV, and Khosla Ventures. Sarvam partners with India’s leading brands, including Tata Capital, SBI Life, CRED, IDFC, and LIC.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to help execute high-priority initiatives across Sarvam’s marketing function. You will work on a varied mix of market research, campaigns, product marketing, events and content, collaborating closely with teams across Marketing, Product, GTM and Design.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring structure to open-ended problems, move quickly from idea to execution and maintain a high bar for quality. Your work will contribute directly to how Sarvam takes its products to market, engages enterprise and developer audiences, and shows up across digital and in-person channels.
What You’ll Do
- Build campaigns across content, search, paid and community channels, from audience and messaging to execution and measurement.
- Work with Product, GTM and Marketing on launches, product assets and new growth initiatives.
- Plan and execute conferences, roundtables, meetups and other offline experiences across vendors, logistics, communication and on-ground delivery.
- Help grow developer and enterprise communities through events, partnerships, webinars and ongoing engagement.
- Improve Sarvam’s discoverability across SEO, content and AI-powered search.
- Conduct market, customer and competitive research, turning findings into clear briefs and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
- High agency and execution ability, with a track record of taking ownership and delivering high-quality work.
- Strong organisation and follow-through; calm and detail-oriented under deadline pressure.
- Clear writing and structured thinking, with the ability to communicate ideas simply.
- Strong growth instincts across audience, message, channel, experimentation and measurement.
- Fluency with modern AI tools, with the ability to build workflows and automations that improve research, content, analysis and execution.
- Comfort with marketing tools such as CRM, email and basic analytics
Good to Have
- Experience running a campus event, community, newsletter, side project or a small business.
- Familiarity with growth channels such as email, SEO, paid acquisition, content, partnerships and community.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Notion, HubSpot, analytics tools or basic video editing.
If you have work samples that demonstrate strong writing, structured thinking or execution, include them with your application.
Why Sarvam?
Sarvam is a fast-moving, high talent-density team building full-stack AI for India, working on problems that push the frontiers of AI with real population-scale impact.
- Work alongside researchers, engineers, builders and business leaders who move fast and hold each other to a very high bar.
- High ownership and high impact from day one.
- Everything we do is AI-first, from the way we build and ship to the way we think about problems.
- Work on problems that could change how an entire country learns, works and communicates.
If you want to work on problems at the frontier of AI in India, Sarvam is the place to be.
